e)mission launches its first Annual Report

e)mission's first Annual Carbon Report, for the period of 2008-2009, has been launched and is now publicly available through our website >Communication>Annual Report ( direct link here). This report includes: a brief overview of Access2 Carbon Markets, the e)mission service and its commercial partners; e)mission Code of Ethics and Statement of the Environmental Steering Committee; offset principles and note on KPMG's Assurance Report; overview of e)mission portfolio acquisitions and sales.

This Annual Report is an important milestone on our strategy for growth and accountability, which has allowed e)mission to conquer its position in the global market, offering a comprehensive range of services for measuring, mitigating and offsetting carbon emissions in Portugal, Spain, Andorra and throughout Europe.

High quality and stringent scientific patterns e)mission's activities and services are the main distinguishing characteristics of our company: our business contributes to the transfer of clean and efficient technologies and processes which support locally appropriate and sustainable development in southern countries, particularly Africa and Latin America, while investing in projects that generate carbon credits.

This report is available in its original version: English. Soon it will be also available in the following versions: Portuguese, Catalan and Spanish.

The carbon footprint resulting from the preparation, production and end-of-life of the paper used in this Annual Report has been calculated and properly offset. This is an e)mission neutral certified® publication.
