e)mission news
The 5 major summer music festivals in Portugal in 2011 were cleaner and greener: they were powered with e)mission neutral energy, thanks to EDP. 197.6 tonnes of CO2 equivalent resulted from the use of fuel for generators and utility vehicles, power consumption, materials and organization of EDP´s stages at the music festivals.
As a major sponsor of the music festival, EDP offset the carbon emissions resulting from its sponsored activities with e)mission.
